Prohibited Uses
- Unsolicited bulk messaging or spam.
- Phishing or deceptive credential collection.
- Distribution of malware or malicious files.
- Impersonation or misleading sender identity.
- Credential theft or unauthorized account access.
- Fraudulent or unlawful communications.
- Open-relay or unauthorized messaging activity.
- Attempts to evade abuse controls or provider policies.
Enforcement
Finsercve may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, service providers, or third parties.
